The Booking and Authorised Payment form is the final step in booking your vehicle. This authorises payment and confirms your reservation. We require you to print out a copy & fax it to us on +27 21 686 2406. Once we receive the signed & completed form we will send final confirmation.

	STEP 1 - Download & Print the form B&A form (Booking-Authorisation.jpg) - 185 Kb   A smaller pop-up window will appear. Print the form out by selcting 'File', then 'Print'. Choose a printer & click 'Print'

	STEP 2 - Print out & Fax the form Once you have printed out the form, complete it & fax it through to us at +27 21 686 2406.
