Booking a vehicle with UVS is a simple
procedure involving 3 steps:
Internet rates are exclusive
and discounted to INTERNET USERS only. INTERNET RATES ARE NOT VALID FOR TELEPHONIC RESERVATIONS.
STEP 1 - Choose
a vehicle
Not sure where to view the vehicles? Visit
the vehicles
page & select which category you would like to hire from.
If you would like to view the rates, click on the "Rates"
button below the image of your desired vehicle or go
here.
Please note: Rates for luxury vehicles are on request. If you
would like to enquire about the rates you can do so by clicking
here and selecting "Luxury vehicle rates" from the
Categories dropdown. Fill in the rest of the form and one of our
agents will get back to you.
STEP 2 - Enquire online
Once you have determined which vehicle you
would like to hire, you can use the online
enquiry form to make your reservation. Simply fill out the
form & submit it. You will receive a confirmation (Thank you)
page, and one of our representatives will contact you with a quotation.
STEP 3 - Print out
& fax the booking & payment autorisation form (B&A
form)
This is the final step which authorises payment
and confirms your reservation.
